You may be concerned about how to pay for home care. The good news is that in Scotland ‘personal care’ can often be free for those over 65 (subject to an Assessment). Under the government’s Direct Payment scheme, anyone can receive funding for care and support services. You can arrange your own care and choose your own provider for that care.
